This project examines the daily behaviours and routines of postmen in the India Post Office, with a focus on how their environment and interactions shape patterns, preferences, and actions. By identifying deviations from expected norms, the study explores underlying causes and proposes actionable strategies to encourage positive behaviour change.

Applied contextual enquiry & COM-B model to assess behavioural gaps amongst postmen.

Output

Developed nudging framework to improve hydration practices.
